Project Overview

Bravex is an editorial design exploration for an e-commerce platform showcasing high-end fitness hardware and equipment.

The Context

Fitness websites are often styled with intense gradients, aggressive stock photography, and messy overlays, which fails to convey premium craftsmanship.

The Problem

High-end home gyms demand refined hardware presentation. The digital experience must mirror the premium, tactile materials of the equipment.

Strategic Approach

Structured a layout that treats dumbbells and kettlebells like luxury physical products, utilizing generous margins and architectural typography.

Interface & UX Design

Developed a comprehensive design system around high-end product presentation.

  • ·Curated a visual palette consisting of charcoal, off-white, and warm wood accents.
  • ·Integrated product photography layout patterns that highlight metal and leather details.
  • ·Designed detailed, spacious grids for technical specifications and equipment series.
Development & Engineering

Designed in Figma as a high-fidelity web showcase ready for engineering implementation.

  • ·Created fully documented component libraries detailing exact padding, color tokens, and hover behaviors.
  • ·Designed responsive desktop and mobile screens matching exact editorial scales.
  • ·Validated responsive layouts using clean CSS grid prototypes.
Launch & Outcomes

Delivered an elegant design system that represents a sophisticated approach to fitness brands.

  • ✓Established brand identity foundations including customized serif logos and icons.
  • ✓Created high-contrast typography styling optimized for legibility and premium product positioning.
Key Reflection
“Bravex showed me how high-end typography and spatial rhythm can turn ordinary gym equipment into a highly desirable product line.”
